I have found the easiest way to explain our products and services is through an example... So here goes!

Example

A business operator wishes to send an Interactive form / PDF document to his existing (white-listed) contacts. Our unified communication systems distributes a personalized email to each recipient within the list. When the form is returned, the data - which is attached to the submitted email - is extracted, archived, and then automatically integrate into a larger data set. Our clients can supervise the collection and distribution process through dashboard summaries, detailed journals, and email account access.

Once the data has been integrated, business operators can automate the use of this data. Examples include printing mail envelopes, triggering event notifications (based on date, email subject, or other criteria), and automating tasks such as customized email responses.
